Santa Ana officials Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. are set to hold a public study session of the fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15 budgets. Officials have also scheduled a community forum Wednesday at 6 p.m. to provide feedback on the budget. Both meetings are to be held at the City Council chambers.
