Press conference – Orange County Prepares for El Niño
County officials will be discussing preparations for rain, flooding and other impacts from expected El Niño storms this winter. Still photography and video will be available at locations within the Emergency Operations Center, which activates during emergencies for countywide response coordination.
(This is a good opportunity for B-roll/stills of the EOC.)
