The clear increase in homeless deaths has resulted in the OC Sheriff’s department in announcing the creation of a Homeless Death Review Board to look into the root causes of homeless deaths in the County. While the new Commission is set to be begin meeting sometime in the Spring, the County and its cities have largely continued to make things harder for the homeless among us.
