Enjoy the City of Garden Grove’s 6th annual Art in the Park at Village Green Park.
Art in the Park is an outdoor, interactive art festival put on by the city and Garden Grove Unified School District.

Work on a Creative Project at Placentia Library
Visit the Placentia Library’s Hangar DIY Lab – a creative makerspace.
Use the cricut, sewing machine, embroidery machine or craft materials on a creative project.
The equipment can be used by adults and teens ages 14+ with a valid library card, ID and signed waiver, available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. Children under 14 years old can use the craft materials with parental supervision.

Join Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve staff and volunteers in restoring OC’s natural habitat. Activities can include non-native plant removal, watering, trash cleanup and more.
No experience necessary, and tools will be provided. Rain will cancel the program.
Advanced registration is highly encouraged, as space is limited.

Family Hike at Agua Chinon
Immerse your kids in Orange County’s natural landscape through an evening family hike through Limestone Canyon Nature Preserve.
The hike, which travels through Agua Chinon starting at 4:30 p.m., requires advance registration.
