I wrote this Op/Edin the hopes that people would begin to see the homeless as they are, individual people, each with their own different stories. Ashley Foster’s story begins with hope and declines into a seemingly endless cycle of homelessness and isolation. I myself, being homeless for the last 8 years, have seen this happen far too many times to far too many people.
