Almost 3000 Orange County Youth In Foster Care Awaiting a CASA. Over half the Orange County youth in foster care are Hispanic/Latino yet only 12% of Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are from a similar ethnic background. There is a tremendous need for greater diversity amongst CASA volunteers to better represent the youth population they serve.
