Anaheim is attempting to restore public confidence after the Sidhu/Anaheim Stadium sale scandal. Although the public does not approve of their elected officials being wined and dined by those seeking approval of their projects, Anaheim has yet to put a stop to this corrupt practice by enacting a Gift Ban.
