In the 45th Congressional District, Republican Rep. Mimi Walters has a 3.2 point lead over Democrat and attorney Katie Porter. In the 39th Congressional District, Republican former state Assemblywoman Young Kim leads by 8.4 percent over Democrat and philanthropist Gil Cisneros. There are still 418,600 estimated votes left to count countywide.
