OCBC and the Orange County Workforce Investment Board present the 2015 Orange County Workforce Development Conference, Tuesday, October 8 at the Island Hotel, sponsored by Union Bank. The conference will feature the unveiling of the 2015 Workforce Indicators Report, presented by OCBC’s Chief Economic Advisor, Dr. Wallace Walrod.
