Anaheim Council Approves Contract With USA Volleyball Despite Mayor’s Objections
Under the $1.53 million contract, the United States men’s and women’s national teams will host events in Anaheim and participate in youth programs. Mayor Tom Tait said the money should instead be spent on programs directly benefiting residents.
