In case you missed it last week on PBS SOCal, here is David Nazar’s exclusive interview with embattled Orange County Public Administrator John Williams.

The interview is definitely worth watching for anyone who has been following the Williams saga. Nazar poses pointed questions to Williams regarding allegations that he has mismanaged the office the supervisors’ desire to remove him.

And Williams puts up a spirited defense, saying that he is offering to retire only because he wants to avoid a costly legal battle that he has “every confidence” he would win.

“The court has never indicated that they are unhappy with the work product we provide,” Williams said. “No one has said specifically that if we mismanaged, what did we do?”
