A man who was formerly a top adviser to San Diego congressional candidate Carl DeMaio claims DeMaio groped him and masturbated in front of him. Last year, Voice of OC uncovered allegations that DeMaio was caught masturbating in a San Diego City Hall bathroom while he was a city councilman there.
