Todd Spitzer easily defeated Villa Park Councilwoman Deborah Pauly in the race for the open 3rd District seat on the Orange County Board of Supervisors.

Supervisor Janet Nguyen also won handily over former Orange Unified School District Board Member Steve Rocco in the race for her 1st District seat.

Spitzer led Pauly 68.4 percent to 31.6 percent in the race to replace the termed-out Bill Campbell with 410 of 412 precincts reporting. Nguyen was leading 73.7 percent to 26.3 percent over Rocco with 271 of 273 precincts reporting.
