Police Misconduct Records Available Thanks to Voice of OC’s Leadership
If Voice had not acted quickly, Orange County could be the only place in the state where the public could not access the records concerning police use of force, sexual assault on members of the public or incidents of lying while on duty.

CalOptima Faces Criticism Over Delays For Homeless Medical Care
County Supervisor and CalOptima Director Andrew Do is criticizing the county health insurance agency for the poor and elderly for being too slow in implementing medical teams that will treat homeless people on the streets, just as CalOptima is being asked to appear in a federal court hearing over homeless policies next month.

OC Fair and Event Center CEO Kathy Kramer faces questions from state auditors about a potentially illegal $75,000 separation agreement as well as a public showdown with her Finance VP in front of board members in public session. Santana: Who will become Orange County’s Next County Supervisor on March 12?
Former Congresswoman, Democrat Loretta Sanchez heads up against Irvine’s Republican Mayor Don Wagner, who carries the OC GOP endorsement, along with several other well-known Republican names like former Villa Park Councilwoman Deb Pauly and Anaheim former Council Woman Kris Murray. In all, seven candidates are running to represent voters in the Third Supervisorial District, which includes the communities of Anaheim, Tustin, Irvine, Orange, unincorporated areas like North Tustin as well as the canyons.
