The intent of the undersigned is not to “pile on, grandstand or feign shock” at the problems that have plagued Anaheim’s political infrastructure for years. We prefer to thank Councilmember Jose F. Moreno for his efforts to draw attention to the abuse, neglect and harm inflicted on the residents of Anaheim.
